Circadian Rhythm Hula Hoop Classes

We offer three options for our hula hoop classes; a four week program, single classes and private classes.
Our four week program explores hooping, dance and mindfulness. We begin each lesson with a sun salutation and end with a five minute meditation and stretching, to become aware of our bodies. Each lesson within the four weeks will focus on a particular area of hooping, as we all learn and develop our own unique flow as individuals and together, as a class. We will go through basic waist hooping, on and off the body tricks, isolation, breaks, dance and flow. If you have a keen curiosity/interest about hula hooping but have never tried before, this beginners four week course is perfectly apt for you. It will provide you with a basic skill set to really excel at hula hooping.
If you want to come along and try a single lesson without committing to a full course, please do! Options and pricing are listed below. 
We also offer a private class, where I come to your house and we learn in the privacy of your own backyard or lounge room (anywhere there is space, really!) This option is great for people who learn best one-on-one, away from the group, or people who are unable to come to our scheduled classes due to work/other commitments. Email to book these private lessons. They may be booked from Monday - Saturday any time outside the scheduled classes. 4 Week Course - $100.00 (4 x $25 p/lesson)

Single Class - $30 p/lesson 

Private Classes - $50 p/lesson
Note: MAX 15 people per class. Classes fill up quickly, if there is enough demand, another class will be added to the weekly timetable.

What to bring:
Yoga mat or towel (for stretching)
Water bottle
Hula Hoops are supplied, however, if you have one bring it along!
