Hula Hoop Classes
F I T N E S S + F L O W + F U N
Our hula classes explore hooping, dance and mindfulness. In each lesson you will focus on developing your own unique flow. We will go through basic waist hooping, as well as on and off the body tricks and finally combine these into a hoop dance sequence. This class is perfect for beginners. It will provide you with a basic skill set to start your hooping journey.

Note: MAX 15 people per class. Classes fill up quickly, pre-booking is encouraged to ensure your spot!
What to bring:
Yoga mat or towel (for stretching)
Hula Hoops are supplied, however, if you have one bring it along!
